We are a custom made to order shop so most sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with an item please contact us within 10 Days to discuss a return or solution. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
*Original Shipping & Handling and Return postage charges will not be refunded unless it was our mistake.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
LEATHER ITEMS: are taken on a case by case basis. In some cases they can be returned for store credit or partial credit. Certain types of leather items CAN NOT be returned with no exceptions, like embroidered items, suede products, and most harnesses.
APPAREL: All Sales Are Final as each item is made on demand for you. We can not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged or the wrong one was sent.
*WE DO NOT accept returns on specials, spring poles, toys or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges, only store credit.
Refunds
We do not do refunds, only store credit. However, if you are entitled to a refund, that was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel a leather item(s) order, we ask that you do it within 10 days of placing your order with the exception of *RUSH ORDERS which need to be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order. Leather items with Name Plates are subject to a $20 fee for your name plate if it has been made already. *No Exceptions.
