    Since every collar is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — so please measure before you order. With your dog standing on all fours, wrap a soft tape measure snugly around the neck. Don't go by an old collar or a rough guess — an accurate measurement is the only way to guarantee a perfect fit.     Note:To extend the life of your gems, avoid prolonged moisture exposure and inspect rivets periodically — normal activity such as scratching or rolling may loosen gems over time.
