    (See measuring guide photo.) Since every collar is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues — so please measure before you order. With your dog standing on all fours, wrap a soft tape measure snugly around the neck. Don’t go by an old collar or a rough guess — an accurate measurement is the only way to guarantee a perfect fit. Questions? Message us before ordering and we’ll make sure you get it right.

    A martingale fits differently than a flat collar. Your dog’s neck measurement is your size. Once buckled, the collar sits loose around the neck when your dog is relaxed, and the chain loop draws it closed only when the leash is under tension, stopping at a set point.
